At Utah Mindful Living, we believe that every human being has the capacity to live a healthy and fulfilling life. We use 12-step principles, mindfulness practices, embodied movement, and the latest in neuroscience to help schools bring meaningful social-emotional solutions to their students and staff. Together, we create new hope for the future.

Meet the Team

Becky Moller--Founder & Teacher

Becky Moller lives in Spanish Fork, UT with her husband Nathan and their 5 children.

Her background includes:

  • 2 years as a public educator at Spanish Fork Middle School
  • 15 years teaching Group Exercise at the University level (UVU & BYU)
  • 5 years coordinating the Intramural Aerobics Programs at BYU
  • 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified
  • 10 years in 12-step trauma-based recovery
  • 3 years serving as Executive Director of 12-step Non-Profit S.A.Lifeline
  • Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher through the The Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley (2-year training program)
  • Author of A Course in Mindful Living , and other recovery-based curriculums and articles

Nesha Woodhouse - Board Member & Teacher

Nesha lives in Spanish Fork with her husband Tyler. They have 3 children.

Her background includes:

  • Owner of Lifehouse Performing Arts Academy, one of the largest dance studios in the state of Utah
  • Board Member of
  • Certifying as a Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher through the The Awareness Training Institute and Greater Good Science Center at the University of California at Berkeley (2-year training program)

Holly Lambert--Board Member & Teacher

Holly Lambert lives in Mapleton, Utah with her husband Brad. They have 3 children.

Her background includes:

  • Yoga Alliance 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher
  • Over a decade of experience teaching yoga and meditation to thousands of individuals
  • Over a decade of 12-Step recovery
  • Creator of a unique style of guided meditation that has helped hundreds of young people break down their walls and reconnect with their heart.
