We value teachers!

Written by a former public educator, A Course in Mindful Living is pre-packaged with everything you need to provide a rich curriculum of healthy living tools without placing additional burden on teachers.

Recorded lessons teach core principles. Recorded movement and meditation segments fill class time with meaningful student application. Teachers are asked only to hold a safe space for movement and meaningful discussion as guided by Course content.

Professional development supports teachers on their own journey through A Course in Mindful Living, a meaningful opportunity for their own self-care and personal healing.

Let’s Get Students the Help They Need

In 2022, Utah again ranks highest in the nation for Adult Mental Illness and Adults with serious thoughts of suicide.

Our Youth are not far behind, ranking 3rd highest in the nation for youth experiencing a major depressive episode.

Utah’s suicide rates are consistently higher than the rest of the United States.  Most of us personally know at least one local youth who has taken their life.

Enough is enough. It’s time to take action.
